Sista Sara began selecting in 2005.

Spinning all styles of reggae from foundation, to new roots, and dancehall, she has played at numerous venues across Melbourne including: Miss Libertine,Brown Alley, Deep 11 (Mercat Cross), First Floor, The Espy, Laundry, Black Cat, Workshop, LaDiDa, Trades Hall, The Horn, Southpaw, Section 8, The Comfortable Chair, The Johnston, and Noise Bar.

Sista Sara has dj'ed at many Melbourne dances - More Fire (Australia’s longest running reggae/dancehall night), Pressure Drop, I love dancehall, Riddim Method and numerous other parties.

She also, in 2008/2009, held a residency “Traffic Jam” (a monthly reggae/dancehall night) at Workshop, and in 2011, held a residency (with Jesse I) at the Comfortable Chair - “Free Up Friday’s”, and has guest selected on pbs fm. .

Sista Sara has been dropping pumping dancehall sets with huge reviews, spinning a mix of up to the time dancehall, and older styles. But she also loves to play roots reggae in a more chilled out style, and is skilled at adapting her sets to suit the crowd...
